Dove award winning Front-man and singing Bassist:  Ace Winn

 

Winn has an extensive career spanning over three decades in the music industry.

 

The Florida native is a reputable part of the music scene. His sound ranges from Rock, Alternative, Folk, Jazz, Reggae, to rhythm and blues.

 

No stranger to the music business, Ace released his first solo record back in the early ‘90s after leaving the popular funk-rock band Piewackit.  Since then, he has release three more solo albums to follow that decade. 

Ace has collaborated with a handful of artists on dozens of award-winning albums.

 

He’s shared the stage with Sound Garden, Follow 4 Now, Kirk Franklin, Green Day, Living Colour, 247 Spies and even written, recorded and performed with the international reggae band Christafari. 

 

A rhythmic Bass/guitarist and a soulful vocalist, Ace energizes every room he steps into with his wit, talent, and

unmistakable sound.

Marshall Bailey 

Marshall was born only sixteen miles from the legendary “Crossroads of Rosedale” in Clarksdale Mississippi. Needless to say Delta blues was a huge influence on his early music development. 

After years of playing many types of music and taking classical guitar lessons from Gary Smith, a student of the great classical guitarist Christopher Parkening, Marshall was awarded a music scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi (Jimmy Buffett’s alma mater). His pursuit of music education there afforded him the opportunity to be both a student teacher at APAC for the Jackson Mississippi School System and a guitar instructor at Ronnies Music in Pearl, MS. 

Over the years Marshall has had the privilege to play alongside some wonderful musicians. In addiction to present band members other notable musicians include Bill Ray former drummer for Ike Turner, George Lawrence drummer for Poco, as well as Keith Carlock drummer for Steely Dan. 

Music has always been a big part of Marshall’s life. He strives for his style to be the proverbial frosting of the sonic cake, decorating and filling in the layers between Ace’s grounding bass and Will’s rock solid rhythm

Drums: Will Neal.

 

Neal; has been drumming since he could walk, which comes as no surprise hailing from a father who’s was once quoted as the funkiest guitarist is the south. 

 

Growing up in Jacksonville FL, Neal, sharpened his skills in the school band during the week and in church on Sundays. This training would prove vital in his career.

 

Washington has recorded and performed live with such artists as Silk, Piewackit, The GL Band, Ace Winn and numerous other artists

 

 As a drummer he has a amazing sense of timing and groove. Once this man sits down on a kit the audience can’t help but move to his hypnotic rhythms.  The Led-footed god is alive and well.
